Blasting generator and recycling unit for dental implants

The DentalBlast BGR by FerroECOBlast® is a modular recycling unit where different options can be selected depending on the customer's requirements. You can choose between pressure or injection blasting systems. Both systems can also feature simple recycling with a cyclone unit which removes dust from the blasting media and seperate blasting material with vibration sieve classifier. Automatic refilling unit assures that operation mix of material is the same at all times and enables repeatable process without operators interference. The filter unit is installed for cabinet dust extraction and media transport to the cyclone unit. It is suitable for high-production process and mostly used for calcium and aluminium oxide blasting material.
